Insulated Pipe, Fittings & Heat Tracing
factory applied rigid polyurethane foam insulation with a 1.27 mm (50 mils) thick black polyethylene outer protective jacket. Insulation joints to be field insulated with compatible insulation half shells and wrap around heat shrink sleeves.
Heat tracing cables are easily installed and controlled. The choice of cable and controls is dependent on the type of pipe being used. Heat tracing cables may be installed continuously on water and sewer lines, or only at specific locations which are susceptible to freezing such as road crossings, fire hydrants, shallow bury locations, etc.
Fire Hydrants
The series 27 hydrant is dry barrel meets or exceeds the requirements of AWWA C502 and is UL/ULC listed and FM approved.

AVK valves meet or exceed the requirements of AWWA C515 & C509 and are available in Push-on, Flanged, Mechanical Joint, HDPE Fusible Ends and HYMAX GRIP 1 Bolt Connections
